What a wonderful welcoming community! I recently moved my loved one into Park Visalia and I was blown away with the attention to detail in her welcoming. They went above and beyond my expectations. There is no comparison from how was when she moved in, to where she is at now. The care staff were very welcoming and tried their best to help my Aunt feel comfortable. On move in day, the care director Lau and his assistant Josie were so wonderful in explaining to us my Aunt's care plan and detailing everything that they would be assisting her with.

My mom has lived here for over a year and has had a great experience. She is well cared for and loves the support of the caregivers. Jocelyn especially has been so caring and supportive of my mom. Her knowledge professionalism, and genuine care has been a great encouragement to my mom.

Hello, I’d like to leave honest feedback about my experience with your assisted-living facility. To start the AL coordinator named Jocelyn has very unprofessional communication, never responds to messages nor calls. Management here is horrible. This facility has very unprofessional caregivers that have attitudes 99% of the time, there's been times I walk in the facility and there is trash bags all of the place. My mother gets treated poorly here. Park visalia DO BETTER. This is just sad this should be home to residents and family. Will be reporting this facility

My mom was at Park Visalia for the past 10 yrs until she passed in June. All the employees were wonderful. We have had mom at a couple of elderly places. They are all really expensive but Park Visalia was manageable and we were happy. Of course there was a transition of many employees over the years. When mom passed we had no complaints with Park Visalia.

I must say I am very impressed with the quality of care and compassion Park Visalia has especially Memory Care. Everyone looks so happy to be there when I visit my family member. It’s clean, smells good the staff are friendly and attentive. Food is good and Lo the Memory Care Director is out and hands on with the residents which is nice. Big change in management definitely would recommend!
