Please clean the snow off of your buses

After an extensive search and 2 relocations, we were able to secure a room for our mom. We can finally relax now knowing she's well taken care of.

I am a business owner and I come here often to clean up a customers bird, I will say the building is very clean. Staff are very nice and respectful and most importantly they take great care of the elderly. Every time I go see my customer, her room is clean and she’s well taken care of!

Carpet runner in room 225 is a tripping hazard. Please repair

Mom is 97 and we moved her from Parker at Monroe to this location. She is at Evergreen Way for memory care. Very pleased with the care she is receiving. Plenty of activities to occupy time throughout the day. Nursing staff is very on point with keeping her healthy, happy and occupied. Many outside entertainment as well that visits. No complaints thusfar. I changed my review stars to a 5. Mom has been there for 2 months now and she is doing so well. The nursing staff is great along with tbe caring aids. This is truly a place where families can be at ease knowing their love ones are being cared for.
