PARKSIDE INN

We sought assistance from Parkside inn today when we were searching for a place for our father to receive rehab services. The whole staff was amazing and especially so for it being a Sunday. The residents looked happy, calm, and settled. I really pray that we can get him here. We will see what Medicare covers. I wouldn't hesitate to put my family in this facility. Don't let the exterior fool you. The interior is clean, cozy, and beautiful.

My mother works full time in various nursing homes, primarily in Palm Beach county. She's been in Elder Care for over a decade and says this place is one of the best. Today I got to accompany her there for the first time and confirm that the residents are cared for by a dedicated and kind staff. Shout out to Mamie, in particular.

There’s not enough words to say how much I appreciate everyone there. I’m so grateful to have my mom here. It may not be the fanciest but it’s super pleasing, super friendly and super clean. Don’t fall for glitzy trappings of other places. Please trust me on this. Everyone working at Parkside Inn are so friendly and they all seem to love working there and they are quick to know the residents by name and their special needs. And Seema? Well, she is joy and she is amazing! She hears you, she sees you and she cares about you as much as she cares about her residents. Simply amazing! Thank you Parkside!

Our family really struggled placing my Mom in a memory care facility. We researched, interviewed & lamented over making such a heart-wrenching decision. After meeting with Seema for the first time, we just had a good feeling about her. Parkside has ended up being the perfect place for my Mom, she's actually a happy person now! Before she moved there, she wasn't interested in much of anything, was withdrawn & not concerned about social activities at all. Seema told us how a lot of families end up being surprised how well their parents adjust. We thought, well, not our Mom, she's going to be miserable. Now she plays bingo, eats in the dining hall with others, and actually has a life! All of her needs are met by professional, caring people that really understand her. Such a tremendous relief! It's a smaller facility, so she gets very personal, individualized attention. The staff is compassionate & caring, which is exactly what we were looking for. We couldn't have made a better decision, and we're so very grateful to have found Parkside Inn.

My mom has dementia and has been in Parkside Inn since the beginning of this year. This facility is the best!!! Every single time my sister and I bring my mom back after spending some time with her, everyone greets her like she’s coming home. They make us feel very secure and comfortable with leaving her in their care. At the present moment, my mom is still quite ambulatory, but they make sure that she stays active and engaged. Seema, Kelly, and ALL the staff is BERY warm! We definitely feel like family with them. ❤️❤️❤️
