PARKVIEW MEMORY CARE AT PARADISE VILLAGE

UPDATE. 98 yo Mom passed recently. Just wanted to give a 10-star shoutout to all Parkview staff. Mom was there 1.5 years. We visited randomly 3+ times weekly. She was always clean, dressed nicely, and her room was tidy. This was a wonderful place for mom. I give a lot of cred to the activities staff for having lots of creative things for residents to do. Med techs were great and attentive. Housekeeping and caregivers were so kind. Management and Receptionists were always friendly and responsive to questions. Food was good too. Mom had good relationships with staff. She always gave them extra smiles, so I know things were well when family wasn't there. Thanks Parkview - you all made a difficult season manageable!

We love this place! Mom has been here a year and we visit 3 plus times weekly. every time, her room has been tidy and she is dressed nicely. The food is good and the staff do a great job of keeping residents engaged with activities. They have always been very responsive to my requests and questions. The facility is clean and modern.Approximately sixty ish resident capacity on two floors so it is not crowded. A beautiful park right next door that residents with family can go to. Bang for the buck and all of the above, Parkview has made an unfortunate situation more bearable for all of us.

For $100,000 a year I expect the bed to be made properly and multiple times in the last week I've come in to find my mother's bed made up as if it were done only to find that there were no sheets and she was expected to crawl in under the covers on a bear mattress pad!! This has happened multiple times and doesn't seem to be corrected!! Is anyone listening??

After reviewing several facilities, my family and I selected Parkview at Paradise Village as the place for my wife. Carolyn and Geovanni have given me a tour on more than one visit, ensured all information was gathered for this and eased the way for us to bring her in. Facility has always been clean and well run, staff very friendly and welcomed my wife and have been assisting her in this new event in her life. Thanks to all concerned with this move, my wife is becoming more relaxed and at ease. This in turn takes a lot of the stress and emotion off the family. Thank you to all.

My wife had been a resident for a year and a half. During that time she has received excellent care. The staff are compassionate and make every effort to assure that she receives all the services required. The entire staff are excellent.
