We are so incredibly grateful for the care our parents receive at Parkview Senior Living. They have lived there for over a year now, and they are truly thriving. The staff is extremely friendly, compassionate, and consistently goes above and beyond to assist, accommodate, and provide exceptional customer care and service. It brings our family so much peace of mind knowing they are surrounded by people who genuinely care. Recently, the community upgraded their cable TV network. During the upgrade, we discovered that my parents’ TV was too old to receive all the channels or access closed captioning. Without hesitation, the community purchased and installed a brand-new TV for them. That level of thoughtfulness and responsiveness speaks volumes about their commitment to residents’ comfort and quality of life. The staff at Parkview do an excellent job. I work at the hospital and everyone I know has nothing but good to say about the care at Parkview. The people I have spoken with say that the staff is always kind and helpful and community oriented. Parkview partnered with Mount Carmel for our Neighbors feeding Neighbors food drive and helped us to bring in almost 1,500 pounds of food for our local food pantry. We love having them on our team.
