Every time I turn around I'm more and more impressed with the staff, PA, and the PT folks. Always with a smile. Hat off to the chef, large portions and is good even for a picky eater like my mother.

My older brother Mark is happy and so glad to be a resident here. He just recently moved in and is comfortable and feels at home. ❤️

My grandmother is staying at this home and the nurses are extremely rude specially candy . When my grandmother wasn’t feeling good the caregivers were letting her know and she ignored them and was disrespectful towards them.brandy the director is not good with her managing and is not good with controlling situations it seems she’s letting people run and do what ever they want. When I go there’s no one watching my grandmother but there is always a group of workers in the back smoking including brandy. Lala the med tec everytime I have came to see my grandmother she is always on her phone even when I asked her what medicines my grandmother needs and she’s always following another med Tec in memory care. My grandmother has been here for a while now and it seems like nothing is changing. Overall they need to consider hiring better people who truly care for their patients

I had many restless nights prior to joining the Parmer Woods family. My loved one was determined to have independence but in reality, he needed help and a sense of community coming out of the isolation of COVID. We toured many places, from South Austin to North and there was no doubt, none felt as welcoming & energetic as Parmer Woods. Not too big, not too small, everyone is a familiar face. Whether it's a welcoming smile from Jennifer when you arrive, or a sweet hello from Bernie as he bounces between tasks, having this familiarity is important and it makes a tremendous difference for the residents. The transition from assisted living to memory care was seamless. This is a resource not available at all facilities and probably one of the most important things to consider. Brandy is phenomenal! She kept me informed, help bring me ease and was always ahead of any issue that may arise. Her guidance when it was time to make adjustments to therapies, medications, hospice etc was remarkable. Sherie is an angel on Earth. Every resident, and their family, are blessed to have such an incredible person caring for our loves. She sparked a personality in my loved one that had been buried for years, a smile and a laugh that never shined so bright. Ill be forever grateful for these ladies and every helping hand in the memory care side. Joe, Tori & Morgan are a great trio and always helped guide me and answer any and all questions about the the in & outs of everything, no question too big or too small. I would pick Parmer Woods all over again and will continue to recommend them for any family in need of their care.

We are thrilled with Mom's move to Parmer Woods! Having just moved her from out of state, our experience at her first community was less than desirable. Parmer Woods is exactly what I was looking for. She has done more in her first 9 days than 2 1/2 months at her previous community. The residents have been very welcoming and the staff is very kind and caring. I would highly recommend moving your loved ones here.
