No compassion, unfortunately my grandma is just a dollar sign to them. She has fallen multiple times and has literally laid on the floor for several hours till help came. The director is also super rude and condescending. Not to mention the theft there from the staff. She has missing jewlery.

The staff and residents are joy. My mom lived there 3 years until she passed in January. I have returned in the last 3 weeks since I miss everyone so much. Parson’s is my extended family. I have missed everyone so much. I feel as though I have returned home!

My aunt recently moved into Parson’s House, and she is happy to be in such a nice place. She says it feels like home, and it’s clear she has settled in comfortably. She has already made friends, and the warm, welcoming atmosphere is evident throughout the community. The building is bright, well-kept, and inviting, and the staff are consistently friendly and attentive. The residents themselves give off positive energy - often smiling, chatting, and enjoying each other’s company. We also appreciate that residents are encouraged to make their apartments their own, creating a true sense of home. The meals are consistently good, and the added benefit of weekly cleaning and laundry service provides comfort and peace of mind for both residents and their families. I would especially like to recognize Misty, who has been a tremendous resource from the very beginning. She guided us through every step of the process, patiently answered all our questions prior to move-in, and continues to keep in touch to update us on how things are going. Her genuine care for both the residents and Parson’s House as a whole shines through, making her an exceptional ambassador for the community.

I love how caring and loving their staff is. I have had 3 family members there over the last 20 years. My mother in law in english cottage memory care for over 10 years. Staff and management went above and beyond for her especially near the end. My aunt was there for 3 years and now my mom for almost 4 years The staff all have nicknames for her. I can tell she likes the staff because whenever they are talking to her she is all smiles. They treat her with kindness and dignity. I would highly recommend them to anyone who cares about there loved one.
