My uncle has been at this facility for 4 months. Any updates that need to be said and sent in and email or a phone call is made. The staff is also very welcoming my uncle loves all the staff and the ED makes sure if my uncle isn't his usual self she lets me know. I was in an accident and they were there. I appreciate them so much. Thanks for all you do #teamparsons

I would like to thank Parson's for the great level of care that they gave my aunt Mary for over two years. She was a special person that required a special type of person to take care of her. Mary loved the staff there and it was obvious that when she passed, the staff loved her too. Mary could be a little stubborn, but she genuinely loved people and loved Parsons. The professionalism and caring that the staff devoted to the residents is not lost on them, but they made sure that my wife and I were always kept up-to-date with any happenings for the residents or if there was anything of particular concern regarding Mary. I would like to add, in addition to the great staff at Parson's, there was an extended staff of those from Suncrest Hospice and Dr. Hastings' group, that made my aunt's stay there comfortable until the end. I feel blessed that we were able to find such a wonderful place for my aunt to spend her final years.

I am pleased with the new staff at Parsons. I see positive changes being implemented. My most recent positive experience with the staff was 02-08-24. I received a call from the Director, Maria Irlinger letting me know the podiatrist was there to see patients and my brother (a patient there) was refusing to let podiatrist cut his toenails which badly needed medical attention. She asked me to speak with my brother encouraging him to get toenails cut. Hard as I tried to reason with him I didn't change his mind. But Maria didn't give up. She told him if he would let Dr cut his toenails she would take him to see his wife, who is in a nursing home nearby. With that promise my brother agreed and it was a good thing as Dr found one toe badly infected with cellulitis which he was prescribed antibiotic. Maria kept her promise and took brother that afternoon to see his wife. This made his day as he does not get to see her often. I'm so thankful Maria was persistent and went above and beyond her call of duty because she cares for the patients.

My sister has been a resident at Parsons for the last few years. She enjoys the all of the attention that the workers (i.e. aides, medical techs, nurses, chef, housekeeper, and recreation planner) at the facility provide her. She especially enjoys the daily activities to keep her entertained, socializing, and mentally alert. The administrative team is also supportive. All appear to listen to family input as well as my sister's input and are willing to learn about my her emotional and medical needs. It may take a village to raise a child, but it also takes a team to have an older adult be successful in assisted living. I am glad that my sister and I are a part of TEAM Parson's Residental.

I toured this Community yesterday and there were positive vibes throughout! Kenny the Maintenance Director did a tour with me and he was a wealth of information. It was apparent that he is definitely proud to work at Parsons. His tenure of 7 years is extraordinary! All Associates were smiling and inviting. It was a sincere pleasure to speak with Mrs. Bees, the Director of Nursing, too! Parsons is a warm and inviting environment.
