In the beginning when you are 1st buying your house, they are good , very attentive, but when your house is about to sell, that all changes. I purchased my house in October of 2024, the person handling the financing, Marsela, is the worst person they have on their staff. Very inexperienced, and not ready for this position. The obstacles we went through was insane!! Next at the very end they threw a curveball, and said we were in a flood zone, in which we clearly weren’t. We were told our flood insurance would be mailed to us in October, nothing, January, nothing, we are now in October, nothing. We have been asking for answers since October 2024, and all you get is passed on to the next person, because no one wants to help or take care of the situation. Today we received a bill from the flood insurance company, that we have to pay, because PULTE reps refuse to help!! If I could do it all over again, I WOULD NOT BUY A HOME HERE OR THE NEW LOCATION IN PERRIS ON NUEVO! Especially that new guy rep that refused to help us because “he did not sell us the house” what kind of teamwork is that. Just pass the buck!!

Just bought a home here. The process was extremely easy and not overwhelming at all. I honestly expected it be stressful but it was not. Gratziela was great at keeping communication with me during the construction period. We also had help from the Construction manager Joshua -who actually answered my phone call on a weekend after hours to help me with some questions I had. He could have easily disregarded me, but he didn’t. This is great customer service. I’m very satisfied with the purchase of my home and the service I received from Pulte and their employees.
