This place is truly one of a kind, it’s beautiful and there are so many unique living arrangements, depending on the needs and wants of your loved ones. But what really sets this place apart is the care staff, and the people who lead the charge at this building are some of the most knowledgeable, experienced, and caring people in all of senior living. Great place to call home!

We moved our good long time friend here for care he needs. It was a first choice because it’s close to where we live, wanted the convenience, and Oakmont of Escondido was also recommended by a friend with a resident parent. We have been extremely pleased with the facility in terms of apartment but even more so with the staff that we consider “extended family” that helps us provide the help & support for our friend. Launa is always responsive to my questions, the front desk staff (Michelle and everyone else) are friendly and show genuine concern for our friend. Whenever we inquire about meds, Ladie and everyone else in that department have been amazing to deal with. There are also several employees whose names I don’t know but one in particular that I call “Hey Hey” because I didn’t know his name but he was terrific at helping with apartment cleaning & courtesy to our friend. One other gentleman with the maintenance staff was so great at helping us get our friend settled, insuring his apartment was in tip top shape at move in, etc. The staff in the dining room is also attentive and courteous. Greeting our friend by name often and remembering his favorite meals. To sum it up, I’d recommend this facility to anyone looking to have a high level of care for a loved one.

Oakmont of Escondido Hills is such a gorgeous community and has the kindest and most compassionate staff. Adriana and Glenn put so much thought and care into getting to know they’re each of residents, families, and prospects to make them really feel like they are at home and welcome. I would highly recommend this senior living community to anyone who is looking for a new place to call home.

My parents, sister and I recently took a tour of Oakmont of Escondido Hills. We were very impressed with the amenities, grounds, dining rooms, pool, apartments, etc. In addition, we thoroughly enjoyed spending time with Adriana who showed us around. Adriana is very knowledgeable and compassionate. When my parents are ready for assisted living, we will most definitely consider moving them to Oakmont of Escondido Hills. We like the fact that there isn't a "buy-in" requirement to stay there.

This is a top notch facility. I did choose not Oakmont for Mom due to ambiguity of pricing scale, but if it were more clear and straight forward, Oakmont would have been my #1 choice. Facility is gorgeous, rooms are lovely and bright, and Mercedes in Sales in THE BEST. It was really hard to say no, but I do not blame her, it is the management that sets pricing policy. As I told her, if a flat amount was quoted for level xx-xx, then it would have been a no brainer. Could I have gotten a better pricing with their points systems, maybe. But when you are panicked about placing Mom in a good home, the extra steps were stressful to me. All the best to Oakmont. Mercedes, thank you again for a great tour! You are very special!
