PATHWAY ASSISTED LIVING/ WESTCHESTER GARDENS

Hello, just here to write a great and awesome review about this senior home. Assisted living place staff looks like they take care of their seniors. They are all moving around making sure other seniors are up-to-date on things. The staff are amazing, awesome attitude, and smiles all around. If you’re looking for a good senior Home for your loved one this is probably It.

My mom was here for several years. They threatened that she would never get into another facility because she is in a wheelchair and violent. Despite any violence being due to medications they didn't fill or medical issues they took a long time to treat. They said any facility that called they would tell this to. Took complete advantage of her and my step dad as elderly people that had to pay cash. I had to get the state involved to remove her and they threatened not to transfer her meds to us to give to the new facility. Once the state person arrived they were handed over and we left.

Absolutely rude! Called in regards to an email I recieved and the lady that answered the phone was completely rude

Yvonne Brashear. I was very blessed to have been able to stay here. Can't say enough GREAT THINGS about staying here for the time I had. Great young ladies who are extremely helpful and go out of their way to make your stay a good one!!!! So much more to say....

Its a berry good place.I like the staff members
