This rehabilitation center truly changed my life. The staff treated me with dignity, compassion, and genuine care from day one. I felt safe, supported, and never judged. The structure, counseling, and daily support helped me rebuild myself mentally and emotionally. I'm forever grateful for this place and the people who work here-they do meaningful, life-saving work. The staff at this facility are incredible. Every nurse, tech, and counselor went above and beyond to make sure I felt supported during one of the hardest times of my life. They are patient, professional, and truly care about recovery-not just compliance. I couldn't have asked for a better environment to heal. This rehab center provides a safe, structured, and supportive environment for recovery. The programming is well thought out, and the team genuinely wants clients to succeed long-term. I learned coping skills, accountability, and self-worth here. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone serious about recovery. Overall this place was great! I’d say come obtain your own experience for yourself. I made myself accountable for my detox by complying to the rules, going to ALL of my meetings, not sleeping throughout my med pass during assessment or getting mad when I couldn’t get any scheduled meds. I wanted to make a difference in my life and COR did just that! Coastal Oaks is wonderful, it's not like a rehab at all, It's so calming, warming, you get a sense of peace. I was worried when I dropped my son off, it was his choice to go. But I was still worried. But when we arrived and went inside. It was amazing. The staff was so compassionate, caring. You felt like everything was gonna be okay. When we left after dropping my son off, My heart was full. Coastal Oaks Recovery is a God sent. I can't say enough good about Coastal Oaks. I can't wait to see how far my son can go. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, I Love you guys, All of you.

Coastal oak is the best recovery center I have ever been too. The staff there are the best in the world they are my new family.Coastal oaks save my life and it was an honor to be part of the program and witness first hand the love and professionalism of all the staff there.Thank you Mrs Lisa, Erin ,Rachel, Candice All the Tecks,All the Councilors,The kitchen crew,All the nurse's,Housekeepers and anybody I might off forgotten to say thank you too.Thank you for the wonderful experience for treating me like family and not a client I will forever be grateful for the program and the staff there and I recommend this program to anybody struggling with alcoholism or addiction you will never experience what's this program has to offer any where else. First off, I just have to say that I’m still doing great! 1 month & 2 days clean thanks to you guys! I have been a guest of a few facilities & Coastal Oaks is by far the best! Your staff is amazing! The nursing staff was on point, very caring & helpful, the techs (who spent the most time with us) were extremely supportive, considerate & knowledgeable! Shout out to Albee(?), Morgan, Matthias (?) & Tina! Wellby as the patient liaison was Awesome as well! other facilities push Faith or 12 steps & while they are both important factors in recovery, I really appreciated the more therapy-based approach that I received there. Shout out to Prentiss for the group on guilt & shame, and allowing me to challenge the approach but introducing remorse too. She did her homework & got back to me! Thank you! Overall, the best place I have had the opportunity to experience. Knock on wood, I will only see you as an Alumni, but if not, you guys are my first call. Excellent establishment & 5 stars to everyone involved with the operation of this facility. Thank you all… 😃

I can't speak highly enough about this facility. Coastal Oaks Recovery scored five plus stars in every category across the board. The facility is by far the cleanest facility I have ever seen in my life. The facility was cleaned constantly to keep it spotless. Mrs. Haddy and the entire kitchen staff served us three great meals a day with snacks in between. My therapist Max was a godsend. He met me exactly where I was at and helped me to realize that I don't have to surrive; I can live a meaningful and fulfilling life. The group therapy session were also very impactful and very enlightening. Lisa was amazing and came to talk to me several times when I was struggling despite all of the other duties she was also balancing. She also did this with numerous other patients during my stay as well. My case worker Leskme, I apologize if this is not the correct spelling, was always willing to meet with me and went above and beyond to help me. There are so many others I wish I could thank personally. The most important aspect about this facility is how much every staff member cared about each patient. This facility fostered a sense of community with all the patients and staff that I so desperately needed. The disease of addiction disconnected me from everything and everyone and this place enabled me to find love, care, hope and support again that without I think would have been very difficult for me to continue seeking recovery as opposed to giving up on recovery and life. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone who needs and wants to build a solid foundation to recover and to live a rich and meaningful life.
