PEBBLE HEIGHTS ASSISTED LIVING & MEMORY CARE LLC

After visiting 2 other "care homes" before choosing Pebble Heights Assisted Living and Memory Care, in Goodyear, for my husband, I am so extremely happy I made the decision I did. He has been a "family member" at Pebble Heights for 6 months now, and there is nothing but praise and gratitude I can give to the staff and owner (Anca). These are the most caring and attentive professionals I have ever met. The home is spotless and extremely welcoming. Caregivers work together to make everyday the best it can be for each individual member, in the home. As a spouse of one of those family members, I so appreciate everyone of the caregivers and know my husband is in the best hands possible. As I am writing this, I realize, those caregivers have become my "family" now.

Over the past six months, I visited my mother-in-law in Pebble Heights. The owner, Anca, has very high standards for this home and the staff members are absolutely incredible! They are kind, thoughtful, and have meticulous attention to detail. Even when dealing with the challenges associated with my MIL's broken leg and her dementia, they remained patient, warm and caring. I visit a friend in another home and the contrast between the two homes is stark. This place is bright, filled with sunshine, and beautifully decorated. Anca and staff make sure to celebrate special occasions and holidays with the residents and their families, ensuring the residents feel treasured. When a loved one needs more care than can be provided at home, I highly recommend Pebble Heights as their home away from home. I simply can't praise the staff members enough for the dedication and simple kindness they consistently display and how safe they make the residents feel. My MIL was always clean, her skin was moisturized daily, and they even helped her put on makeup. They valued both her physical and emotional well-being. I am grateful beyond words for them.

Finding quality care for a loved one with dementia or Alzheimer's can be incredibly challenging, but this group home has exceeded all of our expectations. The staff provides truly excellent and compassionate care, and it's clear they are skilled in this area. What stands out most to me are the fantastic activities they offer. They are well-planned, engaging, and have had a wonderful impact on my family member. I can't speak highly enough of the care they provide.

The staff was friendly and professional and ensures all of my husbands daily needs were met in timely fashion. They were patient, kind, and never forced me to do something he did not wish to. They arranged doctors and tests required for surgeries. The staff serves great home cooked meals prepared fresh each day. The house is clean, comfortable, and always welcoming. I knew my husband was being well cared for until I was able to modify our home and bring him home. Thanks Pebble Heights care staff!
