PELICAN LANDING ASSISTED LIVING AND MEMORY CARE

Our mother Betty Wert moved to Pelican Landing yesterday and the process was seamless. Lynn, James, and the entire team welcomed her with a red carpet reception. We can’t say enough about the whole experience. We have already recommended this amazing community to several friends. We feel our mother will receive the best care and are confident that she right at home. She even got to play her favorite bingo game while we moved her in.

Our 95 year old Mom moved into Pelican Landing today. The reception upon her arrival was a class act. EVERY team member we have encountered has been exceptional.

Pelican Landing Assisted Living is truly exceptional. Starting with Lynn (Community Relations Director) and James ( The Community Executive Director) setting the bar and accepting nothing less than Excellence. The staff is warm, compassionate, and consistently goes above and beyond for residents and their families. Caregivers are attentive and patient, communication is excellent, and the facility is always has a fresh scent, clean, bright, and welcoming. The activities are engaging and bring so much joy to the residents. Pelican Landing feels like family, and we are incredibly grateful for the care they provide. Highly recommended!

Some of the staff like specifically, Christine Ramos, are always eager to assist the residents and, thus, greatly improve their personal experience and quality of life. She is always fast to lend a helping hand with whatever issues arrive, plans numerous activities, and is always warm and friendly. She is a real asset. She has helped my sister adjust and feel at home. I truly appreciate her!

Excellent facility, friendly staff, and those living there seemed pleased. For a single person needing full assisted living support, it would be an excellent choice. For us, as a couple in our 80s still wanting to live together, who only need partial living support and limited meals, now don't think any assisted living facility is right for us at this time. And, at this time in our lives, we'd like more space for the both of us, with more kitchen appliances, erc.. Your facility is excellent, but neither of us are ready for it at this time. Our 3 kids have been consulted and they all agree with us. We really appreciate you showing us your excellent facility. Ted & Frances Archibald 10/7/25
