Wonderful experience from the beginning. We met Arsh Grewal who welcomed us with kindness. He was Interested in what we wanted in community living. We were very impressed with the size of apartments. The personal tour showed the cleanliness of this facility. All residents we encountered were smiling and happy. The dining room was elegant and bright. Many activities are available.

Peninsula Del Rey is beautiful. Arsh, our tour guide, was very knowledgeable and did a great job showing us around. One woman had a rate sheet in her hand. I wish I could have picked up one. It was so nice to see the cleanliness of the place. Also I noted that all the staff that I met were so helpful, smiling and looked so happy. It was a pleasant few hours I spent there with my sister. The appetizers were delicious and so was the music. My sister felt tired so we left before the raffle drawing. Thank you for the tour.

An art teacher taught us how to paint an acrylic picture. We were given hors d’oevres while we painted. The staff was very pleasant and friendly. I was impressed with the buildings and facilities. David Bartlett was an exceptional tour guide. Thank you for a very pleasant day. Margaret

Península Del Rey Review: My husband and I recently toured Peninsula Del Rey with Arsh as we search for an assisted living community for my mother, and we were pleasantly surprised by our visit. From the start, we noticed there was ample visitor parking conveniently connected to the building. At the entrance, a warm and welcoming woman greeted us at the front desk, which immediately set a positive tone. The lobby was beautiful—immaculate, with luxurious sofas that made it feel more like a boutique hotel than a residence. Arsh, our guide, was exceptionally kind and attentive. He asked thoughtful questions, took time to ensure all of ours were answered, and made us feel genuinely supported in our search. While waiting, we also spoke with another daughter visiting her parent, who had wonderful things to say about Peninsula Del Rey. Hearing directly from a family member about their positive experience was very reassuring. One detail that stood out was that Maria offered to visit my mother at her home to assess her Level of Care, considering her mobility challenges. No other community we’ve visited has offered this personalized step, and it really impressed us as going above and beyond. While we haven’t made our final decision yet, we left with full confidence that my mother would be in excellent hands at Peninsula Del Rey. We highly recommend scheduling a visit—you’ll feel the care and thoughtfulness from the moment you walk in.
