PENINSULA REGENT (THE)

STAY AWAY!! The administration here is frankly dishonest. My mother- in- law died over 3 years ago and they will not make right on a $5000 overpayment to them. They don't return calls, ignore emails, ask to see numerous copies of the check again and again (they could see on their own accounting records that the check was never cashed). I think they assume we'll give up. This whole industry is shady taking huge amounts of profits from selling properties when someone dies. But this place is the worst. THESE PEOPLE ARE UNETHICAL. BEWARE!!!

Extremely nice center for your loved ones. Everything you could ever need or want. Very clean, great customer service from every department. Very secure. There is something for the residents to do every day whether it's an outing to the coast, a play in the city, or bocceball. The tenants are very nice.

Always have a great time visiting my family but the menu here and has declined quite a bit but the staff are usually all very friendly

Amazing retirement home, very well staffed, Gail is the most professional and effective manager I have ever met. She runs a great staff!

My mom has been here for a year. Best decision ever! Immaculate 5star resort living. Beautiful decor, delicious food and top-notch service. A must visit and I guarantee you'll want to live here. Thank you TPR!
