I cannot say enough wonderful things about this home healthcare agency. They truly do an amazing job caring for their members. The staff always go above and beyond to provide services with excellence, compassion, and grace. You can genuinely feel that they care about the people they serve. Their customer service is outstanding — always thorough, responsive, and incredibly helpful. Every time I call, the front desk receptionist is kind, patient, and professional. It makes such a difference to be greeted with warmth and respect. This entire team deserves recognition for the incredible work they do every single day. Even if they don’t always hear it, please know that your efforts do not go unnoticed. We appreciate you, we support you, and we’re cheering you on! Keep doing what you’re doing — you are making a meaningful impact in people’s lives.

When my husband was in a Brandon skilled nursing rehab facility they did not have the staff to make sure he stayed in bed at night so I hired another agency overnight companions to observe and provide notes on my husband’s sleep/behavior. Only 3 out of 7 provided notes as requested. Then I contacted Shea at Synergy about providing the service. She was professional and the two companions provided the oversight my husband needed and notes I required until my husband contracted covid and was in isolation for 10 days which prevented use of companions. Sadly, my husband is back in hospital due to anemia, malnutrition and decline in mental state. Shea was kind, compassionate and generous when 48 hr cancellation notice could not provided due to Covid. I highly recommend this agency as it would be my first choice for providing qualified staff. I have nothing to say but positivethings about Kisha M. She is an excellent house keeper and more than that is a superb cook. Kisha is a warm and friendly girl that we feel lucky to have encountered on Synergy.
