PETERS CREEK RETIREMENT COMMUNITY

I am truly thankful for the team at Peters Creek in Redmond! Top to bottom, the staff have been overwhelmingly helpful, kind and understanding during the transition into Assisted living for my mom. Carissa and Shawn took time to learn about my mom and her beloved dog and offered ideas about how to help with her transition, making them feel welcomed and even catered to, with special treats and activities. Since my mom has moved in, she's been acclimating well into the Peters Creek community, enjoys the outings, friendships, food and activities that are offered and appreciates having her own apartment, filled with all of her things that make it feel like home. We feel very lucky to have found Peters Creek, and the awesome staff who work there!

My mom has turned into a new person since moving into Peters Creek. There are so many activities and enrichment opportunities residents can choose from, she's busier than me! I love getting updates on her daily adventures-whether it be dancing, games, visiting with local volunteers, doing crafts, or going out on weekly outings. There are too many things to list here - mom is busy and always smiling now. She found a new zest for life The staff is very caring and the pride themselves on building relationships with each resident and family. They truly get to know the resident to find out what matters to them and approach each relationship with that in mind. The communication with staff is transparent and always timely as resident needs change. Which I appreciate. They made sure moms transition process was as easy as possible. Oh and I can't forget about the food - simply put, it is amazing. So many delicious and tailored options for residents to choose from each day. When the chef found out my mom is polish, he went out of his way to make a traditional polish meal for her!! The little details matter to residents and this team at Peters Creek make sure residents have as good of day each day as possible. I'm grateful for the care and enrichment my mom receives there.

We had a wonderful visit to Peters Creek. From the warm, personal greeting with our names on a Welcome sign, to introductions to the chef, physical therapist and activities coordinator, to tours of various rooms and suite options, every minute was well spent. We were VERY favorably impressed with the quality of our lunch, and Shawn took the time to answer our many questions fully and honestly. We are convinced Peters Creek would be the best choice for us.
