The Peaks at South Jordan

This building is the best building in the area! Savannah is great to work with and has always been quick to respond and also help her staff! Tucker is hands on with the residents and the staff and families! I have been so impressed with the care for my loved one but also the care they have given my family! I would recommend moving any loved into this community!!

The Peaks at South Jordan needs work. First off, there is a lack of staff that is needed to care for a senior living facility. the building is clean kinda but in reality the staff is overwhelmed and overworked the management is not present which tells me placing a loved one here is like putting them in a zoo, they will be looked at but not cared for. Please consider other facilities when placing a loved one here. The staff looks sad, like prisoners waiting for execution. The residents are bored and desperate for life. The pictures and decor is terrible it's all old!!! I am genuinely disappointed in the care the residents get. This place needs love and life, its boring and cold almost distant. Overall please take care of your staff so they can take care of our loved ones. Be present and available.

The unbelievable compassion and support we have received from The Peaks has been not only so helpful but also shows the work environment they have. Savannah truly goes above and beyond with the residents and the families. She has been there for my dad and us since day one. The staff is always asking if we need anything or if they can assist us in anyway! They have an outstanding cook Phil, who is the most involved I have ever seen a cook be with residents. And is always asking what they need, but even just sitting and talking with them. He also makes great food. I am so grateful for The Peaks and the staff for everything they have done for us. I would highly recommend living here.

The Peaks of South Jordan is 5 stars all the way. Savannah, the Administrator, leads with warmth and integrity. She takes the time to know each resident and family personally, ensuring every concern is handled promptly and every detail is thoughtfully managed. Kasey, the Director of Nursing, provides outstanding clinical oversight and compassionate care. Her attention to detail, communication with families, and hands-on approach make a tremendous difference in the quality of life for each resident. The entire staff at the Peaks goes above and beyond to create a welcoming, safe, and supportive environment. It’s clear that residents are not only cared for but truly valued. I highly recommend The Peaks of South Jordan to any family seeking a place where their loved one will receive exceptional care and feel right at home.

I would absolutely recommend The Peaks at South Jordan to any family looking for a memory care facility that prioritizes compassion, communication, and high-quality care.
