Pheasant View Assisted Living

Ever since we started with this company there's been nothing but issues ie. miscommunication issues, extreme sanitation problems and even issues with THE contract itself, extreme issues when it comes to medication distribution and overall staff at the facility are undertrained and spend most of the time on their phones. I hate to see my loved ones go through this. All we ask is our loved ones are taken care of adequately and there is clear and concise communication when there is a fall, Medical issue etc. THIS IS THE GENERATION THAT RAISED US. Now it's their and our turn to step up and TAKE CARE OF THEM just like how they TOOK CARE OF US when they raised us. Don't get me wrong, there are a select few nurses and techs that genuinely care and show it. Upper management is very receptive to feedback but very slow to implement. The problem lies with the staff at this exact facility. I will consider changing my rating and description IF there is a dramatic change for the better.

This building is under new ownership and is being completely remodeled new paint new carpets new staff. It is absolutely stunning! Feels more like a home 😊

Update: If you saw my last review on PV, it was quite direct and likely shocking. I'm currently editing my post because I'm currently working with the new administration to hopefully have things change for the better. We've only been there since April 2025 and PV is on its 3rd administration and I believe 2nd ownership which just started Jan 1st 2026. I believe Elder Care Group was bought out by Zions Group, and is the 3rd admin group that has came in. That being said, they are aware of numerous upsets and issues. I am only editing this post at the very kind and courteous request of one of the head of PV, and because she requested that we amend the ongoing concerns. So for now I have upped my rating from 1 to 3 stars and have saved my original post if ever need. That being said, I do want to acknowledge that there are some very incredible CNAs at PV and other staff as well. But it should be recognized that when you have had non stop issues for 10 months (your first 10 months) and your on a 3rd administration. It's understandable to get as extremely frustrated as we have felt about the care of my parent especially when paying thousands a month. I hope that can be kept in context that this is not some random item we are paying for it's our family. All staff do there is always appreciated, we try to show our appreciation not just by our timely monthly payments but by, the regular thankyous over text and in person we give, and the donuts and cookies etc frequently offered to staff. We're looking forward to things improving with the new administration and things starting anew. Will update in the future.

Pheasentview Assisted Living exceeds expectations in so many ways. Alexis, the Administrator, is extremely hard working and driven. She takes the time to know each resident and family personally, ensuring every concern is handled promptly and every detail is thoughtfully managed. Her positive energy and commitment to excellence create an atmosphere of trust and comfort throughout the facility. Audrey, the Director of Nursing, is truly one of a kind. She has an amazing heart and makes all around her feel special. She provides outstanding clinical oversight and compassionate care. The building is well maintained and clean. The entire staff at Pheasentview goes above and beyond to create a welcoming, safe, and supportive environment. It’s clear that residents are not only cared for but truly valued.

This building has been completely flipped by Alexis and her staff! Not only is this building completely different but so is the feeling in the building! I’m grateful for the wonderful work Alexis and her team has done in a short amount of time, but I’m grateful for the dedication she brings to the building but most importantly the residents!!
