Always understaffed. New faces almost weekly..turn over is terrible even at the top leadership. Terrible food with new contracted company. They eat at different time everyday. No consistency with meal times. Many aides have no compassion and are just there for a pay check. I would never ever recommend Medilodge of GR.

Terrible place to be as a patient. Staffing is poor and the aides could have as many as 20 patients at a time. Nurses would come in sick because of poor staffing. Food is awful, no menu to chose from. We could get a substitute meal, but we had to wait for it and it would often be cold. Therapy department is good. I went here fir rehab, but quickly discovered that this is a nursing home, not a rehab facility. Activities are offered and sometimes fun. Social worker is a joke. I 100% do NOT recommend Medi-lodge.

I have watched the care providers and the staff in all areas consistently improve in the past 2 years. The redecorating looks great, Mike in Facilities is awesome. The Activities staff is doing a great job for my brother whom I am guardian for.

This Place is Understaffed The head people are Rude! Floor staff was Pretty nice, they seem to care, but Not enough of them to do there job the way they are intended too!! Place is Disgustingly dirty. My dad was never given a shower.He has pressure point wound that they left unattended for so long, that Now it is Huge and Infected! His room was never cleaned and mopped even when his room mate was discharged , they never disinfected Anything. Windows you can't hardly see out of, so Dirty! People in the same clothes all week! No Music for the people on a speaker system! I Would Not Place your Family Members there. It's a Very Sad place that you would leave a family member! It's Just a Joke. Stay Away!!

I came into contact with Angela on Sunday (8/11/24) while dropping off an order, and saying hi to a friend, and I felt I had to leave a review. She was extremely friendly and helpful and seemed to genuinely care about the patients. I know it was only for a little snippet of time but I still feel obligated to leave a review. I don’t leave reviews unless something is atrocious or amazing and this obviously fell in the amazing category. Lol.
