I couldn't be more pleased with Pinehaven and the staff. Paula, (the Owner), went above and beyond to help us place our family member, we are very grateful. The property is incredibly beautiful and serene. I happened to be visiting when a longtime resident was actively dying. I observed a staff member sitting with her, holding her hand and comforting her. This was important to me, IMO, no one should die alone. I have found all of the staff to be very compassionate and caring. It is evident they treat their residents like family. The home is clean and free of the usual smells you find in assisted care homes. My family member has improved since he has been here. I highly recommend this little jewel of a home.

Throughout the years, the Pine Haven staff and residents provided Adelia the support and sense of community that brought her joy and fulfilment for over 10 years. She lived her best life while at Pine Haven. She would always look forward to bingo, crafts, hair day, going on outings, and so much more. We greatly appreciate all that they did throughout her years as a resident and would like to take this opportunity to thank Pine Haven for making a great environment for Adelia.

My dad lived at Pine Haven for almost one year. That year he became stronger and more engaged than he had in years! Pine Haven is a gem and they treat your family with so much love and compassion. My dad has since passed on and I thank them for all the wonderful care that they gave him.

My mom was there for less than 3 weeks before she passed, but they were the best weeks she experienced over the last couple years. She was in a larger nursing home prior to coming here and it felt like a hospital. Visitations during COVID were restricted and minimal at the larger facility. Pine Haven felt like a home and we were all able to visit her any time we wanted. Pine Haven felt like a family and everyone provided excellent care.

My grandfather was in a few other large nursing homes prior to living here. At those homes he was just a number and no one cared about him. It was especially hard during the pandemic. When my family found Pine Haven it was the answer to our prayers!!! They provide top notch care in a loving family environment. He became an instant family member at Pine Haven and we could sleep at night knowing he was well taken care of. If every senior care home was like this the world would be a better place. I honestly cannot say enough nice things about the staff and owners at this home. The staff and residents have become like family to us also. Our only regret is not finding Pine Haven sooner.
