Pine Tree Place

My Mom has been at Pine Tree Place for almost 16 months. I spent alot of time researching many facilities. I am so happy I chose PTP. Her care has been excellent since day 1. She is happy, well adjusted and the peace of mind I have knowing all aspects of her care are handled is more than I could ask for. To note, she is 90, vascular dementia and requires full care other than feeding herself. They do it all!

My Father spent approximately a year at Pine Tree Place prior to his passing. Previously to that he frequented four other assisted living facilities with varying degrees of dissatisfaction. I could not me more satisfied with the management team led by Zubair, Harris, and Amir. They were available 24/7 + Holidays to address questions or concerns and would meet face/face upon request for a more personal experience. Nothing but positive accolades for the facilities, staff, and their attention to detail. Special heartwarming thanks to Margerett & Melony who made my father feel loved rather than just a burden. Countless other staff members exhibited outstanding compassionate traits that extended above and beyond their job responsibilities. This includes Ashley, Lisha, and numerous others whose names escape me. Please accept my apologies if I left anyone out. My immediate and extended family and friends thank you for an excellent experience!!!!!!

My brother has been a resident at Pine Tree for a year and a half, and I must say that the new owners have made vast improvements. The staff is considerate and caring and the living area does not feel clinical at all. They've newly decorated the living area with the kitchen as the hub. It feels very warm and homey. Thank you, Pine Tree Place, for taking such good care of my brother!

My first interview to place my husband in hospice at a facility for memory care patients was with Pine Tree Place in Clarkston, and I was so impressed with the compassionate staff and a feeling of being at home that I couldn't wait to get back after being at another facility. I was not disappointed. My husband and I immediately bonded with the owners and the staff; they quickly became "part of my family". They made sure that they had food on hand that my husband would like if the menu was not to his taste and made sure that he was clean and comfortable. They would even take the time to talk to him as a friend. I could not have been more pleased. The owners and the entire team at Pine Tree have been a true blessing to me during this difficult time. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

Although my father's stay was brief, the new owners and the staff at Pine Tree Place, made my family feel at home. They treated us as if we had known each other for years and were great friends. From the very beginning they listened to our concerns, informed us of our options and were personally invested in his care. The compassion shown and time spent to know their patients and families is not only impressive but extraordinary With a newly renovated facility that is cozy and inviting, it gives you the feeling of being home with family.
