Truly caring, competent team that will literally lose sleep worrying about your loved one. They recently moved my mom to Memory Care from Assisted Living. The nurses and aides at both places are phenomenal, quickly responding to texts, phone calls and your loved one's needs. (One of my mom's nurses even made time to dance with her to the oldies when she stopped by to give her medication.) From executive director Courtney and wellness manager Jazmine to the caregivers on the floor, the team is extremely experienced at dealing with people who have dementia--and smart, fun and compassionate. They get to know your loved one and offer highly personalized care, going so far as to set up a special art corner with an easel for my mom in their activity room, so she could continue being an artist. They also made her a special vegetarian menu. You couldn't find better assisted living or memory care anywhere in Cincinnati. We researched and/or visited almost every other option around Cincinnati, and my mom had a brief stay at another facility which was suboptimal to say the least, so we know what else is out there. And this is the best.

Dad has lived in the independent living for a number of years and recently moved to the Memory Care area. He has loved being part of Pinebrook. The Staff is amazing, the facilities are great and the overall care for everyone is appreciated.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Pinebrook Retirement Community. From the moment we stepped in, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The staff is incredibly attentive, compassionate, and truly cares about the residents. The facility itself is beautiful and well-maintained, with spacious, comfortable rooms and plenty of activities to keep everyone engaged. The dining options are excellent, and the meals are always fresh and delicious. My loved one has felt at home here, and I am so grateful for the peace of mind knowing they are in such good hands.
