The Pines at Juniper Springs

My parents have been well cared for at Juniper Springs. The staff are very patient and genuinely caring in their efforts to provide a professional, fun and positive atmosphere for their residents. Juniper Springs has truly become home for my mom and she has made many lovely supportive friends in her community. She enjoys the activities and special events that are regularly organized and presented. The hair dresser lady is a God-send!! All of the staff were amazing in walking us through the death process of my father and his memory care needs. We really appreciate that my mom has a safe, beautiful and peaceful home where we can trust in her care when we can’t be there.

Juniper Springs was the breath of fresh air we all needed upon moving my mom there a year and and a half ago. Working with Jen to explore all that they had to offer and to find the best fit for my mother’s condition was exceptional. From the time mom moved in, the very hardworking team of individuals in Juniper Spring’s memory care have been wonderful to work with. They welcomed our family from the start and continue to make us feel at home whenever we are there. Melissa, the Memory Care director, always makes herself available and is highly responsive to any questions or concerns. We have appreciated time and time again her open lines of communication and her insight, as well as the entire staffs, as we all try to navigate this difficult journey and make it the best it can be for our mother.

My parents moved into Juniper Springs in August of 2023. Their apartment has become their cozy new home. They enjoy the staff very much at Juniper. Many times my mom is out socializing with other residents which is very healthy for her to do in such a safe environment. One thing I have noticed is that when there is an event, the staff all get involved in serving the residents, waiting tables, cleaning up after an event and even dressing up to match the occasion!
