PINEWOOD TERRACE

This is the worst place to put your loved one. The rooms are hot with no air conditioning. They are ALWAYS short staffed leaving just a couple techs with All The residents. They say they have laundry staff, house keeping and kitchen staff but what they really mean is that they have the same staff who take care of the residents doing All of those duties. Perhaps you should look up the difference between. Nursing home and assisted living. Please do not think you’re putting your family member in an “Assisted living” facility. This is definitely a NURSING HOME and they don’t have adequate staffing for your family members care. They describe this place like club med but it is a falsified information to sucker you into it. Consider yourself warned!!!

My mom entered Pinewood Terrace in November of 2022. I cannot say enough great things about this residence. The supervisors, administrators and staff are all wonderful to deal with. They are all very caring about the residents. A special thanks to Kelly for being such a great activities director and getting my mom involved in the activities whenever possible.

Very, very rude staff. They kept harassing me.
