This place wouldnt take me because of insurance and i live in Vale Oregon. So i had to rehab a away from home where my husband couldnt come see me. So i have been in bend oregon for over 27 days because of my auto accident i am tired of being discrimated against

This place wouldnt take me because of insurance and i live in Vale Oregon. So i had to rehab a away from home where my husband couldnt come see me. So i have been in bend oregon for over 27 days because of my auto accident i am tired of being discrimated against

This place has no communication. Their website was no help and has been under construction since August 2023! I have a relative living here who was told they would receive care on a certain day and the nurse never came in but actually left early. I called several times with no answer from the assisted living staff.

People are friendly and very helpful. Have the patients best interest at heart and I would strongly recommend it. However we were not allowed entrance to pack up belongings for return home after staying in skilled nursing. Consequently we came home missing all of my father’s sweatpants , a hearing amplifier, book from home, and a few other items. We had taken all but two of his sweatpants to the nursing home and these were no longer available for purchase where we’d originally bought them or elsewhere in town and they were not supposed to be doing his laundry. Didn’t have this problem before Covid when my mother was there.
