PIPESTONE PLACE ASSISTED LIVING

We can't thank Sam and his team at Pipestone Place enough. My mother was at a very nice larger community but unfortunately she kept falling. We were recommended to Samuel by the social worker at rehab. It was the best recommendation ever. Mom has been thriving and enjoying every day to it's fullest. My mother has dementia and is on Hospice. Most communities I've visited focus so much on their beautiful areas but noticed deep care conversations were missing. Although her prior place had bigger rooms and space, we prefer big care where mom is treated like a person not just a dementia person, a whole person. The Licensed Residential facility Sam runs is just the best. 13-16 folks max. Individual attention. I loved how Sam sat down with us patiently teaching us all about care my mom desperately needed. Talked about incontinence care, hydration, fall prevention and so much more. We've been at 4 other facilities and by far Pipestone Place is the best in class when it comes to quality care. Mom might be forgetful but she is not forgotten and am blessed to be part of the family there.

The facility, and care given to my mother was excellent and extremly respectful towards my mother and my family. If you are trying to find a place for your loved one and not need to worry about level of care and attention given I would highly recomend Pipestine place.

Pipestone Place provides patient, personal care for my mom. She seems so much happier since moving her from her previous home and so are we. We really enjoy their open door policy, family is welcome any time.

The folks at Pipestone are amazing! My dad is being well cared for and wants for nothing. As his memory care needs increased Samuel and his staff stepped up and relieved our families burden. Everyone is attentive and respectful. A+

I have worked with Sam and his team for years with a mutual client. The care was exceptional! Staff were attentive and experienced. Staff turnover was minimal, if at all. The home is quiet, clean and peaceful. Residents are engaged in appropriate activity. Everyone seems genuinely happy and well cared for. I highly recommend Pipestone Place to anyone looking for quality care in a family environment.
