I don't recommend this company to your patients, very bad services, worst nurses they hire don't care about patient care and cleanliness and are incredibly unsanitary in their work. The nurses and staff are incredibly incompetent. They are extremely unreliable and inconsistent. The nurse was very unsanitary when withdrawing urine and when given instruction for the patient from my experience, I felt dismissed. The staff is very unprepared and unprofessional. The staff guaranteed me that they would pick up the patient's urine on the same day but it has been half a day later and the urine is still sitting on my kitchen counter. By the time the lab comes tomorrow the urine would have gone back and it's ridiculous to put urine in my fridge next to my food. Horrible patient care. Incompetent nurses and staff. Terrible customer service. Keep your loved ones far away.
