PLATINUM OAKS ASSISTED LIVING FACILITY LLC

My father spent his final months at Platinum Oaks. This was the second facility he lived at. By far the level of care is unmatched. Staff has the highest integrity while caring for their residents. My father was treated as a king. He was a bit spoiled, but we did not complain. Being that it’s in a home with limited rooms gave the residents the specialized care they needed. They operated truly as a family. Eating meals together, games and favorite common shows they like. The level of trust and relationship we had with the staff is something I will never forget. They are angels among us. Hopefully I will never have this need but if I did I would want a place like this.

My husband lived at the Oaks for five years. He had excellent care and was treated as one of the caregiver’s family. They went way and beyond to make him content and satisfied. I will always be grateful for the loving care he received.

I am sorry that I have not posted a review earlier. Some years ago, I lost a close friend and after living at 3 other facilities we moved her to Platinum Oaks. We could not have asked for more caring and attention for my friends needs. Fast forward a few years, my father was getting overcome with dementia and we needed to find him a place to live as he was too much work for my mother. I reached out to Platinum Oaks and luckily, they had a room available. Unfortunately, my father has now passed, but Melissa and her team helped make my father's life comfortable to the end. They were great, even though my father got angry and verbally abusive in his final weeks, they still gave him the love and attention he needed. I must say, the love in a small home atmosphere, and the extra attention is fantastic, you just do not get that at the big facilities. Thank you, Melissa!!

I would never put anyone I loved here. My mother was not happy with the staff, accommodations ,the food . You can do a LOT better elsewhere.

Very warm and friendly people who work there and the residents are in great shape and condition. I would definitely like my family to have the opportunity to live here.
