Great environment and amazing staff and management at Platinum! Everyone is cared for with respect and dignity. The fact that many of the staff have been here for so long says everything about how great this place truly is. The food is amazing, and Eva, Mandy, and the rest of the team make a difference every single day! 💚

Shannan is a phenomenal leader and cares for her residents as if they are her family. Well, they are family. She invests and commits to each resident with tender love and attention. It was an honor to visit this facility and talk with each resident, and you can tell how content and happy they are. From having a background in home health and hospice volunteering, I can walk into an assisted living facility and usually tell what’s going on and how it’s being managed. After getting a tour and learning about the everyday activities, I realized quickly it was an extraordinary place. A place I would send my own family, and I would have no doubt they were in the best care. It felt like a home, and the environment was full of stories and laughter from when I walked in to the time I left. Shannon, Laura, and the entire team are committed to making residents their top etiquette, and it really shows.
