My mom moved into Pleasant Point five months ago. From the very start, Christine has gone out of her way to help. She was very instrumental in helping my mom adjust to her new “home”. The staff have also been so kind. Kelly, who cleans my mom’s room is always willing to visit with her. Shauna does the activities there, plus other things I’m sure I’m not aware of, is consistently joyful with the residents. Transitioning a loved one into someone else’s daily is hard, but I can attest to the fact that Pleasant Point and the staff have made this so much easier. I’m grateful for my mom’s experience in her new “home”.

We helped my Great Aunt move into Pleasant Point a little over 6 months ago, and it's been such a healthy change for her. She's fairly independent still, but needed help managing her medications and desperately needed more socializing opportunities. She's made friends and has been enjoying the activities. I can tell that it's really helped her a lot, both physically and mentally, compared to when she was living on her own. She mentions regularly about how nice of a place it is. The apartments are very nice, well maintained and the common areas are also beautiful and well decorated, very comfortable for residents and their visitors. Thank you Pleasant Point staff!

My great Aunt lived here (she passed a few months ago) and Pleasant Point took SUCH great care of her, and she wasn't easy to take care of. They handled her with patience and grace and dealt with my family members like they were their own fmaily. I cannot recommend them enough!! Thank you team!! If I could give more stars, I would!

Pleasant Point is a wonderful community, and every detail from the amazing care to the home cooked meals, resident events & activities, and beautiful clean spaces is evidence of the compassion and commitment the leadership team has for those residing here.

My mom moved into Pleasant Point several years ago. For the first years I would rate it a “fair” place to live. Then a few years ago Heather Gillis became the director. She is a fabulous and compassionate leader who has made Pleasant Point a fun place to live for the residents. The food menu’s are now nutritious and tasty according to my picky eater mom. My mom has made good friends and I am happy knowing she is well taken care of and safe. I now would rate it a “great” place to live.
