My mother has been at the Poet's Walk for about a month and a half and the staff has been absolutely wonderful. She transitioned very well to the community and I can tell she feels comfortable. Patrick Beckett director of nursing is awesome, he has answered every question we have had and response very quickly to any questions/needs. We have also had great experience with Claire Walker one of the caregivers, she is so sweet and caring. She speaks so kindly to all the residences and is always smiling. Big Thank you to both Patrick and Claire, you make a difference. :)

The staff were very caring and understanding during the time that my husband was at Poet’s Walk. I spent a lot of time there with him and was able to observe how they treated other residents as well. Everyone was treated as an individual depending upon their particular medical and emotional needs, and they extended their care to me as well. I felt like I had family members helping me take care of him.

Open house had excellent food by JODI! Shout out to Lo for welcoming everyone (everyday!) and staying LATE tonight to thank everyone for coming (hospitality is a key and Lo is golden!); and to young professional and always caring Kalina. These are a few of my favorite things (people) at Poets Walk in Warrenton.

I have heard good things about Poet’s Walk Warrenton and I had a friend’s family member live here for a while. They took good care of her until her last days. She was always clean and the staff really treated her as part of their own family. I would recommend this facility to any one looking for a home atmosphere for their loved one.

Poets Walk feels like a home away from home, for the residents as well as their families…with tons of help and support! From the open and expansive Main Street area (TV lounge, enclosed aviary and lounge chairs for viewing, activities area, art studio area, bistro) that welcomes visitors upon entering the facility, to the labyrinth of attached interconnected hallways with warmly painted and decorated walls, to the open dining halls and outdoor gardens, the facility offers residents the opportunity to freely explore all day. The administrative, nursing, med tech, care partner, and dining staff are all devoted to their residents and their families, and it shows. My mother has lived here for over two years, and I visit her (and all the other residents, whom I enjoy interacting with and comforting) almost daily for several hours, so my review is based on extensive observations and experiences.
