POINT MANOR ASSISTED LIVING

When my loved one hits the call button (light shines in front of their door) it takes forever for anyone to notice that they need something. When i go and try to find someone, quite a hand full of staff have just been on their phone and chating with each other. When I speak to them, they have a huge attitude and make us feel like we're disturbing them. Other than those handful of people, the other staff have been nothing but kind and compassionate. And I've noticed a huge improvement to the care they've been receiving. Thank you

I have nothing but great things to say about this community and Director. Director and care staff goes the extra mile and goes above and beyond to ensure residents are treated well and get the best care possible in the area. Food is amazing as well. Residents rooms have a amazing view of the Wisconsin River!! Highly recommend for your loved one.

walking into point manor, i instantly felt the love and compassion. the residents were happy and the staff were working hard. i’ve heard nothing but nice things about this facility. everything was clean and orderly. i loved seeing the staff being so helpful.
