POINTE AT SUMMIT HILLS, THE

Every time I walk in to this facility, it reminds me of being with my grandparents (that I never had). The staff is so kind and loving to all the residents. The activities are amazing!!! Thank you for doing such a good job for our community. Your love and kindness does not go unnoticed

We met with Ashley today and toured the facility. She was amazing! She gave us so much information and really listened to our needs. Her knowledge, empathy and compassion was exactly what we needed. Thank you, Ashley!❤️❤️

The Pointe and all its’ employees are fantastic! My parents recently moved into the assisted living side, and are settling in nicely. The staff and other residents are so welcoming and helpful. I feel very much at home, and I don’t even live here!

My 95+ year old dad has lived at The Pointe for over two years! He loves living there! I am very happy with the care and attention he receives. The Administrator (Perla) has done a great job in smoothing out some previous rough areas. The Assistant Administrator (Gracie) is a wonderful caring person who works hard to keep everything running smoothly. The Wellness Director (Kayla) does a great job. As we walked in the Summit Hills, we had been so stressed knowing we had to find our Mom care yesterday. My 2 siblings and I looked at each other and said , if she doesn't want to live hear we will....We knew our angel Michael had lead us to the right place. We wanted Mom to be comfortable, taken care of but most of all relaxed, knowing Mom was somewhere where they would see to all her needs. With the help of Optimal Hospice, Michael and Summit, our request was fulfilled. Don't wait til the last minute to find your special parent a good care facility, check them out first ahead of time.
