My one star is mainly for the work environment. Most of the females that work there are unfriendly and unwelcoming. I felt the most uncomfortable by one of the “lead” caregivers. Management is not friendly, compassionate, or helpful at all.

I just picked up my gorgeous poinsettia, and as always, Wilson Commons did not disappoint. This is my third year purchasing from them, and their attention to detail and care in delivery is unmatched. Their poinsettias are not only stunning but also long-lasting—truly a holiday favorite!

I am so impressed with how super nice this place is ! Wow wonderful staff and nursing care .very clean and home like feeling. I'll tell many about such a well maintained home for our seniors. All the people are very happy .Also hats off to Rick for All his work 👏. Thank you all for making all this a part of our city to bring care and peace to all.

Wilson Commons is beyond great. Years ago, my husband's grandmother was a senior resident (she passed in 2012). We always enjoyed visiting her, we loved what they did for the residents, how they treated the seniors and she was always happy being there. Through the years, I have to continued to be apart of the Wilson Commons community, whether that was attending one of the craft fairs or more recently, this past weekend, the Cookie Walk. Rick and his staff are wonderful. I think it says a lot about this community that people still want to visit even if their loved one may no longer be a resident. Keep up the good work Wilson Commons!

Amazing staff. My mother has been a resident at the Polonaise since 2019 and every need she has she is met with a smile and it's taken care of. Recently, I had to secure an apartment for my sister who was in a fire and needed to be relocated. Kaitlin and Rick have gone above and beyond to make sure this transition. for her would go as smooth as possible...especially with her wound care condition. I cant say enough how much pressure has been taken off my already very heavy shoulders to help to make every day easier. I am beyond appreciative and am very emotional about how exceptional the staff is....from the nurses, the CNAs, and the executive staff....they have been amazing.
