Pomeroy Living Northville is a beautiful facility where staff members provide truly compassionate care to residents. Activities are fun and engaging, often tailored to individual interests, and dining services are excellent, both in food quality and service. The staff has a genuine concern for resident well-being, and they make guests feel like family from a warm welcome to helping with questions to simply chatting. Pomeroy Living Northville is a wonderful environment for residents and their families!

No place is perfect, but Pomeroy of Northville comes close. The Director Jill is ALWAYS responsive and she truly cares. The aids are attentive, Ryan, Patrice, Dee, Donna, Marquis, Monique and I wish I could remember the names of everyone that make my folks smile. The facility is very clean and well maintained by John (who is fabulous too). The med techs are sweet, especially Ali and the food is not bad either. They have a small chapel, a movie theater with popcorn and all the fun and exercise class daily, as well as other activities thanks to Taylor. The court yard is beautiful and in the spring the flowers are blooming. Mostly, it's the people that make the place feel safe for my folks.

We moved our parents here in the fall and have found many of the staff to be very caring and concerned about their care. Our mom passed away a couple of months after moving in and they were very helpful during that time with the transition for our father. They plan many activities for the residents and really try to get them engaged in trying new things. The director, Jill, and Activity Director, Taylor, are very responsive and helpful. We feel our father is in a safe environment, getting good care. The building is maintained well and has a warm & welcoming environment.

Very clean. Great staff. I was so impressed with Pomeroy I went home and told my husband just how much nicer it was than where his brother was currently. So we moved him. Dotty made everything so easy for us. She is a God send Moved him in today and the smile on his face said it all. What a wonderful way to leave a loved one. Thank you Dotty and staff. Pomeroy Assisted Living in Northville was a the right place at the right time for our brother who was in end stage Parkinson's. If I were to sum up this facility in one word, it would be "caring". The entire staff from managers Dotty and Sandra, to caregivers Kay, Ericka, Omar, to maintenance manger, John, chef Don and the entire group at Pomeroy really cared and communicated quickly if there was a concern or issue we needed to know about. And, they were able to recommend an excellent hospice agency when the need arose. Without reservation, we would recommend Pomeroy Northville Assisted Living.
