Family member lived here for several years never really had any complaints until her passing , I think the majority of the staff were very good and caring people my issue is with administration the young lady running the show has a very disrespectful attitude when our family member passed the funeral home came and made a list of everything they had taken with them , when we went to view the body we noticed she had no glasses I went back to the home and ask for her glasses ...the administrator said she never wore glasses I said she wore glasses as far back as I can remember so somewhere you have her glasses .. again no she never wore glasses , now I'm getting pissed I said you better have a list of everything she had while living here and you better find her glasses I left and believe it or not the day of the funeral about 30 minutes before the service they found her glasses ...WOW I guess she did wear glasses didn't she administrators lady ? I guess if you have a family member living here make sure you check up on them regularly because if they wear glasses you may want your family wearing them and not have them in the office in a drawer because staff don't care if they can see or not.
