PONDS EDGE ASSISTED LIVING FACILITY

Last August 2024, I was looking for an Assisted Living Facility for my aunt. My first impression of Pretty Pond Manor was how clean it was. The cleanliness and obvious care of the facility were important to me.. At Pretty Pond, my aunt is well cared for and is treated with great kindness. Meals are home cooked in the large open kitchen. Daily activities center around the spacious communal living room . Overall the atmosphere is kind and nurturing. I’m very pleased with the facility and feel lucky to have found this wonderful place for my aunt.💕

The care that my mother in law received at Pretty Pond Manor was unmatched. Eventhough she came from a much larger facilty, the personal attention and the home like feeling is what makes Pretty Pond Manor an exceptional facility. Ana, the owner and director, is an amazing and caring person, and with her staff, Ana makes the resisdents feel like each and everyone is very special. I highly recommend Pretty Pond Manor. My only regret is not having found Ana sooner.

Pretty Pond ALF was a gift to my sister and me. My sister needed care in her final days and one of my greatest concerns was finding a place where she felt comfortable and happy. The staff and owner at Pretty Pond went above and beyond my expectations. They treated her like family, offering to prepare foods she liked, tending to her wishes, maintaining excellent hygiene standards, all while keeping an upbeat attitude and demeanor. In my opinion, you could not find a better place for your loved one.

I have had both my great aunt and dad living at Pretty Pond Manor. Although my aunt passed last year, my dad is still living at Pretty Pond. The care the residents receive is exceptional. All the staff truly care for the residents and the residents love them. They are not left and forgotten like some of the larger facilities. The atmosphere is more like a family environment. The owner and director, Ana, is a wonderful person and she goes above and beyond for the residents. She truly loves them all and they are her #1 priority. The facility is clean and neat, meals are good (that's what my dad says and they always smell delicious cooking), and the care given to each resident is above and beyond. I am so thankful I found such a wonderful place for my dad to spend the rest of his lifetime in ❤️ I am including a picture from Christmas. They had an ugly sweater contest 😊

My mother lived at Pretty Pond Manor for over a year. The staff is wonderful and very caring. The owner, Gloria, is very concerned with every patient. She kept me well informed about everything going on with my mother. The staff was very personable with all my family that visited and with me. I highly recommend Pretty Pond Manor if you have a loved one that needs extra care!
