Poplar Grove

This place is disgusting and those residents deserve so much better. They are not being properly taken care of like they should be. The place is disgusting, their rooms are messy, clothing is scattered all over the place and clothing scattered all in their closets. The patients rarely have any clothing socks, body wash lotion etc. the family members obviously don't care about them at all esp to have them there.

After an extensive and exhausting search, we found the right place to call home away from for my mother! There are so many positive things to say about this AMAZING and WONDERFUL facility. On arrival, you are greeted and acknowledged. The staff members from the executive director, Cynthia, to the CNAs to the med techs to the housekeeping staff are ALL a pleasure to have interactions with and are beyond helpful. My mom loves the friendliness of the staff and the appearance of the facility. The facility is bright and open that gives a warm, homey ambience. It is very clean and tended to. We are so blessed to have encountered a facility where every member of the staff has a passion for what they do and are genuinely invested in caring for the residents.

Great facility, very cordial and helpful. It’s very clean and maintained. The staff and director is passionate about their work and knowledgeable. The patients are loved and cared for.

The staff and administrator is focused on patient care and attending to their needs. When you walk in you can feel how much they are loved and cared for.

Poplar Grove memory care of Burgaw, NC and the medical care Team, led by Director Ms. Cynthia, and Sarah Marable, Community Relations Director; are hands down, among the Best of the Best care Team. I'm truly inspiring by the highly skilled and hard working Medical staff who does their very best to care for the needs of my Mother, and all the residents within the Poplar Grove Community; Mom feel at home with. The staff at this facility, has demonstrated their skills, by honoring the healthcare profession, as they provide excellent healthcare everyday. My most recent visit during Family night, was very well organized and the food deliecious. This whole team certainly deserves our best appreciation.
