My mom is currently living at Port Alicia. I had the great fortune to have someone introduce me to Ryan while we were looking for placement, and after five minutes of speaking with this remarkable young man I knew this was the place for my mom. Her new home is beautiful, impeccably clean and has such warmth. the caregivers, do a beautiful job and smile while they’re doing it. They make the residents feel like they very much matter. Then When I thought it couldn’t be any better, I meet Scott, Ryan’s partner, who was just as amazing of a young man as Ryan. What a team they are. their care, concern, understanding compassion , and genuinely kind and loving nature make me feel like my mom couldn’t be in any better hands than if she were with me. They Have smiles on their faces Every time I see them,. They always take the time to listen and they take my concerns and suggestions into account. Their communication is truly impeccable. My mom had a visit to the hospital for a week and they took the time out to come visit her and make sure she was doing well. That amazed me. All in all…:on a scale of 1 to 5…they are a 10!
