My experience as my mothers transition into a board and care facility has been simply amazing and gives me peace of mind knowing that my mother is in good hands!!

I highly recommend Scott and Ryan at Harbor Care Homes if you are looking for a new home for your family member. We had my mother in a high-end/high-cost assisted living facility to help with her dementia and she was not happy at all. While they charged for special care, that care was hard to access. My mother has limited English and so it was hard to find a facility that could accomodate her language needs as well as her special care needs. At Harbor Care, Ryan and Scott both speak Spanish as well as the carestaff at the facility. There is no language barrier! In addition to the importance of communication, the value of caring that is shown to the residents is a must on our list: cleanliness, feeding, grooming, medicine management, and responsiveness to our calls. We could not be happier with the care my mother receives and the empathy they show for my father who visits mom every day.

I would HIGHLY recommend Harbor Care Homes! My mother in law is getting remarkable care there! As a hospital social worker, I have been in MANY Board & Cares. Harbor Care Homes is one of the nicest, cleanest ones I have ever seen. Scott & Ryan are constantly updating us & heavily involved. I will absolutely continue to rely on them for aging family, friends & clients.
