Portage Manor Health Care Facility

I lived there for almost 2 years solid and experienced Medical neglect and so had the other residence I know of a few deaths that happened because of not taking the resident serious enough I myself almost died due to it had three blood clots and was unable to walk breathe almost unable to talk because it hurt so much and I should have sued for negligence and malpractice but like most of the residents I had no place to go and did not want to lose the roof over my head I was afraid of the retaliation and I'm glad that highly unhumane extremely dark past and present that is Portage manner because it closing means no more people have to suffer the way we all did in our own way I love the residents and most of the staff some of the medical staff even but it was not ran the way it should had been ran the entire time I was there and I know me calling in the state the county in multiple branches had something to do with the closer and I do apologize to the residents because I know most of them have no place to go and that a large percentage don't have the skills to live on their own due to the had never lived on their own to even know what life is even about and that sentence in itself is sad that's terrifyingly sad and my heart goes out to them and their families may God be with them all because they need it more than anything right now
