I would not recommend this place at all. The staff seems completely scripted, like they’re just repeating lines to make the company look good instead of actually helping customers. It feels fake and very unprofessional. The admin is terrible—emails never get answered, and when you need help, nobody seems to care. Communication is basically nonexistent. On top of that, the quality is really bad. What you get does not match what they promise. Most of the staff also seem miserable and uninterested unless they think they can make a sale. Overall, the whole experience felt like they only care about taking your money, not providing good service. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

I would not recommend this assisted living facility to anyone looking for quality care for their loved ones. It is painfully clear that the administration is focused on one thing and one thing only — the bottom line. Every decision seems to revolve around cutting costs rather than providing the level of care residents are paying for. The staff members who are actually working directly with residents appear overworked, understaffed, and unsupported. When a company does not invest in its staff, the residents ultimately suffer. Basic needs are delayed, call lights go unanswered for far too long, and there is a noticeable lack of personal attention. This is not due to lack of effort from frontline workers, but rather poor management and a clear disregard for staffing levels. For the high monthly fees charged, families should expect consistent communication, attentive care, clean facilities, and engaging activities. Instead, it feels like services are minimized while bills continue to grow. Residents simply do not receive what they are paying for. Choosing assisted living is an emotional and financial decision for families. Unfortunately, this facility seems more concerned with revenue than resident well-being. I hope leadership reevaluates their priorities and starts putting people before profit.

Today was a Happy Hour with chocolate covered strawberries and watermelon, as well as any drinks desired. Eric played a variety of music. Naomi deserves 5 Stars for arranging all of this!! Naomi is creative and a warm caring person!
