I was looking for a nice home for a loved one (who passed before I could pull the trigger) with no appointment to view the building I did a walk-in at this particular story point, no clue what I was doing, full of questions and emotions I was greeted by a nice young lady named Ambur who helped me with ALL of my questions told me about all of the beautiful amenities & services they provide then what absolutely sold me is when we were slightly interrupted by a resident who needed something & how she handled the resident with care, spoke softly, & handled the issue diligently & got right back to me I just knew this was the place to send my family member, then the icing on the cake was when I called back to ask more questions she answered the phone and remembered me by name! I was blown away by this type of professionalism and respect. I know for a fact her upper management sleeps well knowing she’s there! Thanks Ambur!!

As a driver, I deliver at a lot of places, and this assisted living community is always a highlight. The receptionist is welcoming and upbeat every single visit. Seeing residents relaxing together by the fireplace really shows how warm and comfortable this place is. Always a pleasure to deliver here!

Lori is an awesome employee . I told her that my bedroom blind had been broken for a month but maintenance had done nothing. I filled out a maintenance repair request as instructed by the receptionist, yet nothing happened. Lori took it upon herself to get when she needed and she fixed it for me . She’s a wonderful employee 😁
