Prairie offers a genuine welcoming experience where the individual care of each resdent is cosidered. I was impressed upon entering the JOY & Peace which seems to resignate in the unseen atmosphere. Although I don't have any family members there at the present time, I have decided to periodically visit a few of the residents I had encontered there. I would definitely encourage anyone who is considering assited living care for a loved one or family member to DEFINITELY visit/consider Prarie Home as a viable option and a true blessing for those needing such care.

Transitioning my wife with alzheimers to memory care was the most difficult decision I've ever had to make. I am grateful everyday that I chose Prairie Home Assisted Living for this most important stage of our journey. The staff there are all angels, and its evident they enjoy and are rewarded by the importance of their their work. Residents are treated with kindness and compassion and feel loved. It's evident by their smiles, that my wife and her freinds enjoy living there, as management and staff go out of their way to create a warm, home friendly environment. Regular activities, bingo, crafts, worship, celebration of occasions, offer engagement in addition to wonderful personal attention and care. My wife enjoys her room located by the dining area where most gatherings take place, and when she gets tired, she has a peaceful view of prairie grasses from her window. I couldn't recommend a better place. They are my lifesaver where I can be certain my loved one is happy and safe.

Mike, the owner, cares deeply for serving older people. He cared for his own mother in this community. That’s as personal touch as possible. Very down to earth place to live.

Our mother was diagnosed with terminal cancer, which was rapidly progressing. Our family realized that mom needed more care than we were able to provide where she was living. We worked with management at Prairie Home, and they quickly assisted us with her admission. The staff adjusted frequently to meet her rapidly changing needs. We had prompt communication in the adjustments that were needed in her care. She received quality care, with respect and kindness. They showed compassion to our family. The time, efforts, and loving care that mom received at Prairie Home in her final days will not be forgotten. Mom is now at peace, and so are we. ❤️

Our dad spent two wonderful years at Faith House in Prairie Home Assisted Living, and we couldn't have asked for a more fitting place for him. The facility is aptly named—his room was conveniently located off the dining area, providing a cozy, home-like atmosphere where he could look into the kitchen and enjoy the peaceful view of tall prairie grass from his bedroom window. He truly felt at home. The care he received was exceptional. The staff treated him with such kindness and love, as if he were their own grandpa. We often heard stories of laughter, singing, and genuine joy in their interactions, which he continued to chuckle about during our visits. The warm and caring atmosphere at Prairie Home is clearly a reflection of the remarkable leadership of Tanya, whose deep concern for each resident extends throughout the entire team. We are incredibly grateful for the love, compassion, and care they provided to our dad. Even in his final days, they were there with support and understanding, making a difficult time more bearable for all of us. Prairie Home was more than just a place for our dad—it became a treasured experience and a beautiful memory for our family. We are thankful beyond words for all they did.
