Staff is friendly. Food preparation is great. Any issues my family has for the most part been addressed promptly.

Absolutely fantastic facility for my father! As a physician daughter who is out of state, I can rest easy knowing my 80 year old father with vascular dementia is in good hands. Wonderful care, exemplary communication with the family, attention to detail, and collaboration among all care providers. My dad is always with other residents, playing bingo or doing an art project. The staff are extremely patient with my dad and give him the kind of outstanding care anyone would want for their family. I would give it 10 stars if I could!

Our father was at Cedar Creek for 9 months until he passed away from natural causes. The care at Cedar Creek is outstanding, clean rooms, clean hallways, clean dining room. This facility is the best we visited, Other facilities we rated were no where close to a match to Cedar Creek .

Our mom was there for 3 1/2 years and I couldn’t have been happier with the care she received. The staff loved her and cared for her like she was their own family member, and she was very happy there because she felt very loved. She passed away recently and the staff was kind and sympathetic and felt our pain. The love they had for our mom was amazing!

I cannot say enough good things about Cedar Creek of Prairie Meadows! My husband has been there for 2 months and I am beyond pleased with the care. All of the staff are kind and compassionate, and also very empathetic to what my family is going through. One thing that really stands out is the cleanliness of the facility. The trash and his laundry are always picked up, his bed is made and his room is always picked up as well. The facility itself is lovely. There are multiple areas for family to gather and the courtyard is beautiful and a secured area. I am a nurse and feel like I look for things that others might not, but I have not had a single complaint! I have been very surprised at the number of staff working at any given time—he has so many people looking after him every day. All of this brings us so much peace and comfort. I recommend them to anyone looking for somewhere that will give them excellent care!
