PRAIRIE VIEW

I stayed at Hastings View wasn't to bad at first year the program manager at that time gotten mean towards me twords the last year I been there then transferred to North Crossings then resident was mean to me and staff then it got better but two of the staff were awful one was from Timberview she was strict locking food up that residents are supposed have access to at all times locking up other things as well she got fired thankful for that another staff stook up for that mean resident all the time and screwed up my meds tempted to give me my morning meds and night meds together that wouldn't go well I had to make phone calls to try to stop her giving me wrong meds at the wrong time and putting them with my night meds.

I lived at brotolocs timberview house in eau claire they say they help you with jobs and transportation but they make it impossible for you to work they wont drive you on the weekends and most jobs require you to work weekends they also have a person that fits a higher level of care he punches residents like myself and also staff and they dont do anything about it they also have a lot of hazards such as live wire in boiler room taped to a water pipe...... Another reaident and i also had to call state because the basement flooded and staff watched as we cleaned up sewage water and not offwring to help or hand out gloves. A positive side to it is that they have caring staff that are willing to talk to you about anything and help you out
