The lady was rude when we were trying to do an application online,which the application online was so hard to do!I don't recommend

The apartment manager is never there and you can never get a hold of them. Building door does not lock even though it is supposed to. Intercoms do not work. Washers and dryers only work half the time. If you are 5 days late with rent they will give you a notice saying that you have to pay or move out. When you pay rent there is additional charges with every payment.

Worst place I have ever lived. The people in the office are always rude and have an attitude. My apartment was not remodeled correctly and had a ton of issues such as water damage and the flooring has come apart. I do not suggest that anyone rent with them. It’s horrible.

Besides the location, being close to the schools and parks, there is nothing likeable about these apartments. The lawn is barely kept up. There is garbage surrounding the dumpsters which is completely unsafe and not to mention an eye sore. Requested repairs take months to complete, if completed at all. Insufficient parking space for the number of tenants and possible visitors. Written rules and requests to the tenants, aren't even followed by the management. The list goes on and on. Recently started having issues with water leaking into the apartment due to the washer leaking outside my apartment. After 6 weeks of contacting the main office and speaking to the "maintenance guy" , I STILL have water coming in. There is now mold in the carpet and the drywall is beginning to rot. The upkeep on these apartments are strictly bare minimum to get people in. Don't rent here!!!
