PRESCOTT PLACE

I've lived here for about a year and a half now and we've had cockroaches living in me and my roommates room for about 6 months and they still ain't got all of them out. Also the residents here are treated very poorly because of their issues they have with they're mental health

Whoever I spoke with today on the phone was EXTREMELY rude. I found out that she is actually one of the managers/owners as well. I was interrupted, yelled at, and told we didn't receive a call back on a resident because "she was too busy with other things." On another experience with this facility, I witnessed very little compassion for a resident who had had an "accident" while in our office. Was told that they would not bring a change of clothes, did not have a driver to pick them up, and it was our responsibility to call them a cab to get back to the residence. I would NEVER let ANYONE friend or family stay in this residence with the current ownership.
